He is also member of ICWAI since 1992. He has vast experience in the areas of Audit, Internal Audits, Management Consultancy, Taxation, Company Law Matters, Project Financing and Banking and Foreign Taxation (Transfer and DTTC) 

Reetesh Kumar, B. Com., FCA
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered of India has  a chartered accountant qualified in 2001 and enrolled as fellow member in 2006. He brings with him experience in the areas of Taxation, Excise, Service Tax, Audit and Development of Accounting System in compliance with the requirements of latest Accounting Standards and Company Law & Foreign Audit (Standard) IFRS and Financing etc. He is technical specialized in internal Audit of various types of institution with special control over internal control technique to examine the internal control system of various types of organization with direct and indirect laws expertise knowledge. He has expertise in Direct & indirect taxes, financial management and management accounting with Coaching expertise in cost Analysis & management analysis, ISO, Valuation, Visibility of Project and Conversion of GAP etc.

Anshul Gupta, B. Com. (H), FCA, DISA, CCA
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered of India has over 20 years of professional work experience in Finance divisions with Multinationals like  Deloitte,  Genpact, Xerox, Fidelity, RBS on managerial positions.  During his stint, he  successfully handled  taxation assignments, monitoring accounting and finances of organisations, framing and training of personnel in understanding corporate/industry accounting policies and procedures, drafting MIS reports, conducting thorough review/audit various entities. During his professional journey, he has been a key member of the management of the organizations and played important role in successfully achieving the targets laid out. He is well versed in conducting System and Management audits, handling Accounting functions, knowledge of Taxation, Financial Reporting and labour law compliances and conducting training of accounting personnel in an organization.

A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered of India has over 12 years of professional work experience in Finance divisions with Multinationals like  Deloitte,  Genpact, Agilent on  managerial positions.  During his stint, he  successfully handled  Financial Reporting - SEC and Regulatory (both On-shore and off-shore), Taxation (Direct and Indirect), IGAAP, IFRS, UKGAAP, External reporting, XBRL tagging and statutory audits assignments. During his professional journey, he has been a key member of the management of the organizations and played important role in successfully achieving the targets laid out. 

Sukhpreet Kaur, B. Com. (H), FCA
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered of India has over 11 years of professional work experience in Finance divisions with Multinationals like  PwC, Bharti Airtlel,  Ericsson on  managerial positions.  During her stint she successfully handled statutory audit assignments and financial reporting of these organisations, framing and training of personnel in understanding corporate/industry accounting policies and procedures, drafting MIS reports, conducting thorough review/audit various entities. She is well versed in conducting System and Management audits, handling Accounting functions, knowledge of Taxation, Financial Reporting and labour law compliances and conducting training of accounting personnel in an organization.
